what a fun run today - 16 up the canyon with Brian.  We left early to not have too many conflicts with all you Provo Half runners this morning.  Timed it just right so the early leaders in the pack were crruising by us on the trail but we missed the bulk of the pack.  Felt really good today....nice and cool for the whole run.

Park City Half Marathon - fun course miles 5-7 were a nice uphill challenge. I don't know my exact time yet but I finished somewhere around 2hours.

 

Update - Final Chip Time 01:59:27.884.  Not too bad considering my PR was 01:58:00 on a mostly downhill course (Provo Half).
